"Having worked with Michael two years ago to purchase the house, when it came time to sell, there was no question that we wanted the quality service that Michael had given us before. In every interaction with him, he had been professional, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. He answered all of our questions when we were buying a house and had no doubt that selling with him would also be a positive experience. The house was originally only listed for two days before an offer was made. When the couple backed out, Michael immediately got back to work to get the house back on the market while he was on vacation. To make matters even more complicated, we were in the middle of a cross country move! Within a day he had a new offer for us and we were able to close on the original date proposed by the original buyers. Michael is everything that a first time home buyer/seller could ask for. He explained everything to us and worked to make sure that we made the best decisions for our needs. There was never any pressure for making decisions.
